SS 22/23 Botanical Shadows

This collection is a quirky mix of botanical drawings, shadowed blue florals, and lace cutouts that evoke a dark fairytale story. Dried flowers inspire watercolour paintings which collide with graphic and bold details. Overlapping leaves and blooms offer a playful twist for the winter and holiday season. Textured surfaces, abstract red florals, flecks and specks of color are layered to create multi-faceted prints. Gothic looks and Victoriana provokes a dark romantic story. The densely packed botanicals offer an ethereal and dreamlike quality. Eerie florals are extracted from flower shadows and overgrown garden plants. Earthed flowers embrace the natural watering landscape as it transitions from autumn to winter.
